An expansion of a unique arts facility housed in an existing warehouse in downtown Los Angeles. Studio rooms surround a large communal lounge and cafe. The studios accommodate varying modes of collaboration, from small teams to large groups. Upon entry from the main building, visitors can view work displayed in the flexible gallery spaces.
